As Kaseya’s Chief Customer Officer, Alex Cuevas leads the company’s customer success organization, including onboarding, customer enablement and customer success management departments, to drive continuous value to Kaseya’s customers. Alex brings deep experience to his role, which is focused on optimizing the customer experience and the customer journey — streamlining customer education and professional services during onboarding, and ensuring that existing customers are successfully utilizing and receiving the highest level of value from their investment in Kaseya solutions.
Alex joins Kaseya from Yodle, a fast-growing SaaS-based marketing solutions provider to small- and medium-sized businesses, franchise and multi-location businesses, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success. Prior to Yodle, Alex ran the Southeast/LATAM region for Nolio, a DevOps SaaS company which was subsequently acquired by CA Technologies. In addition, Alex brings broad experience in sales, support, application engineering, systems engineering, and client services from his tenures at companies such as BMC, Identify Software, and Trelia Networks.
Alex earned a degree in computer science from Yale University.
